Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your order, just reach out and we’ll help you through the process.
What condition must items be in for a return?
Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. We’re unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us right away with photos of the damage and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to damage or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship the replacement once we’ve received and inspected the original.
