These Terms of Service apply to your use of buffettmungermerch.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Buffett Munger Merch (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Our busts are handmade, so small variations in finish and colour from the photos are normal and are not considered defects. We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens.
Our products are independent tributes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Warren Buffett, the estate of Charlie Munger, or Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing; if we do, we will refund any payment received.
Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping and Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Returns and refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as described on our Shipping and Returns page.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including product designs, photos, text and logos, belongs to Buffett Munger Merch or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.
